Split Flow no Purge Loss Dryer

Part of the wet air is pumped via a heater to increase its moisture carrying capacity, which is utilised for regeneration, reducing purge loss. The entering moist air is separated in a distributor in this sort of drier. 60-70 percent of wet air is used for drying, while 30-40 percent is circulated via a heater, which raises the temperature of the air, removing moisture from the desiccant bed, and then cooling it in an after cooler, where moisture is condensed and drained out in a moisture separator. This air is returned to the distributor and mixed with incoming air before being disseminated once more.

The following is a list of notable features: -There will be no purging losses.  -There is no need for a blower.  -There is no usage of external air, thus there is no possibility of contamination. -From 400 CFM onwards, the most cost-effective.
