Internally Heated Dryer 1

Internally Heated Dryer

Internally heated dryer is an adapted form of heatless drier with extremely minimal purge air loss due to regeneration by dry air at low pressure and high temperature. Heaters are used to heat the purge air to roughly 180 degrees Celsius, which improves its moisture carrying capacity. This hot purge air is pushed through the desiccant bed at low pressure to regenerate with a tiny amount of purge.

The following is a list of notable features: -Purge air loss is reduced. -It is possible to obtain a dew point of (-) 80 degrees Celsius (atm). -Design that is compact -Operation is simple. -The most cost-effective range is between 200 and 1000 CFM. -Desiccant Dryer Advanced Version with Reduced Purge Air Loss
