Heatless Dryer

The simplest of all desiccant-based air dryers is the Heatless Air Dryer. Two desiccant towers are employed in this dryer. While one tower is drying, the second tower is undergoing regeneration. A portion of the dry air from the in-line tower is used to regenerate the second tower. A sequence controller mounted in the control panel controls tower changeover every 5 minutes.
